Belfast Titans

Belfast Titans is a Twenty20 franchise team based in Belfast, Ireland. The team will compete against five other teams in Euro T20 Slam, whose inaugural edition is scheduled to start from 30 August 2019. The tournament will be played across three nations, Ireland, Scotland and the Netherlands.

The teams will have a minimum of nine domestic players and a maximum of seven overseas players in their squads. On match days, at least six of the 11 will be domestic players. Belfast Titans are one of the two teams from Ireland, the other being Dublin Chiefs.

In the Euro T20 Slam draft completed at London, Shaidi Afridi and JP Duminy were revealed as the Icon and Marquee players of the team respectively.

Malahide Cricket Ground is the home ground of Belfast Titans. The team will be coached by former English fast bowler Ian Pont. It will play its first match of Euro T20 Slam against Glasgow Giants at VRA Cricket Ground, Amstelveen on 30 August 2019.
