Varun is a golf and WWE journalist for Sportskeeda with over four years of work experience in his bag.

An avid follower of golf, he tries to stay up to date with all the tournaments and the lives of individual players, while also constantly educating himself about the sport’s history. While he has yet to interview a professional golfer, he has previously interviewed MMA legend Greg Jackson.

Varun, like many on his team, is a fan of Scottie Scheffler due to the latter’s mindset, which has helped him overcome several obstacles and immense pressure to perform on tour. As a purist golf fan, he would love to compete at the Masters if given the opportunity, but is also happy with LIV Golf driving more eyeballs toward the sport.

Varun likes to spend his free time reading or writing poetry and also enjoys fiction. He also plans to learn and play golf in his spare time this year.
