Maxxine Dupri

Maxxine Dupri is an American professional wrestler currently signed to WWE where she works on the Monday Night RAW brand. She is a member of the Alpha Academy faction alongside Otis, Chad Gable, and Akiro Tozawa. Formerly, she was a member of the Maximum Male Models alongside Max Dupri (LA Knight), Mace, and Mansoor.

Maxxine Dupri Early Life

The real name of Maxxine Dupri is Sydney Jeannine Zmrzel. She was born on May 19, 1997, in Loomis, California, USA. Zmrzel was quite involved in pro wrestling and modeling since a young age. Growing up, she loved watching The Bella Twins and has cited the duo as her inspiration to become a pro-wrestler herself. She has also credited the Total Divas show for her love of pro wrestling.

Zmrzel also has her own clothing boutique which she opened circa winter 2019 at the age of 22. Before joining WWE, she also had a sporting career. She was a cheerleader for Los Angeles Rams, a professional American football team playing in the NFL.

WWE Career

NXT (2021)

Zmrzel's journey began in August 2021, when she impressed everyone at a WWE tryout in Las Vegas and earned a coveted contract with the company. Soon after, she transitioned into the world of professional wrestling, making her NXT debut as the glamorous valet Sofia Cromwell, accompanying the powerhouse Von Wagner under the guidance of the eccentric Robert Stone.

Maximum Male Models (2022-2023)

In July 2022, Zmrzel was brought on the main roster of SmackDown. Transformed into Maxxine Dupri, she sashayed onto the scene as the "director of talent" for her brother Max Dupri's (storyline) flamboyant stable, the Maximum Male Models. Flanked by the charismatic duo of ma.çé and mån.sôör, Maxxine added a touch of glitz and glamour to the world of SmackDown.

When Max Dupri departed from the Maximum Male Models in October 2022, she seamlessly transitioned into the role of the stable's sole valet. February 2023 saw Maxxine Dupri and the Maximum Male Models set foot on the red brand of Raw before the group started slowly falling apart.

The Alpha Academy (2023-Present)

After being drafted to Monday Night RAW, Dupri started looking for prospects for Maximum Male Models. She found Otis as a perfect fit for the group. Over the next few weeks, Maximum Male Models and Alpha Academy were involved in a comedic storyline where Dupri wanted Otis to be her model while Chad Gable did not want Otis to go anywhere. Later, Dupri left The Maximum Male Models to join Gable and Otis herself.

Dupri's fiery arm drag on Valhalla ignited their feud. Trained by Alpha Academy, she debuted in a tag win, followed by a graduation ceremony where Valhalla stole her jacket. In a Viking Rules match, Dupri got her jacket back while Alpha Academy lost. In her solo debut, Dupri conquered Valhalla with a Japanese Ocean Cyclone Suplex, proving her rising star status. Dupri continued her ascent, battling in a Survivor Series qualifier (eliminated by Nia Jax) and a tag title contender's match (teamed with Ivy Nile, lost). She even ventured to NXT for a six-person win alongside Alpha Academy. However, facing the reigning Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley on Raw proved to be disastrous, as Dupri was decisively submitted in just two minutes.

Maxxine Dupri is dating Anthony Luke. As per reports and rumors, Luke was one of the 15 footballers scouted by WWE for their Next in Line program. The Next in Line program was done by WWE in 2021 for college footballers who could be prospective pro wrestlers. The youngest NXT North American Champion Oba Femi was one of them.

However, it is not known whether Luke was given a contract by WWE or not. Luke was born in 1996 and turned 27 in November 2023. Speaking of his football career, Luke is a former defensive linesman for San Diego State. It is also known that the two have been together for at least two years.
