Esteban Ocon is a French open-wheel racing driver. He competes full-time in the Formula 1 series for Alpine Racing. Ocon will leave Alpine at the end of the 2024 Formula 1 season. Ocon is known to the Formula 1 community and in the paddock by his nickname, “Estie Bestie”. He is the first teammate to outscore Fernando Alonso after Jenson Button in 2015. Ocon is 18th in the driver standings in the 2024 Formula 1 season with four points as of September 2024. He was a Mercedes reserve driver before joining Alpine.
