Channing Lorenzo: A Brief Biography

Mitchell Lavalley was born on the 3rd of March 1997 in Lowell, Indiana. Right now, he's a wrestler in WWE on the NXT brand, learning his craft from Tyson Kidd and Kane, under the ring name Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo. He currently holds the NXT Tag Team Championship with Tony D'Angelo and is also a valuable part of a team called The Family.

Wrestling Career

Early Life

Lorenzo won WWE's Show Us Your Superstar competition at the age of 19 in 2014. He created videos at the WWE Performance Center and later joined the SummerSlam pre-show panel. Lorenzo was trained by Jacobs Prichard Wrestling Academy. Lavalley, under the ring name Jake Tucker, made his professional wrestling debut on August 24, 2019, by defeating Sean Stephens. After that he made an appearance on the December 2 episode of Raw as an enhancement talent, going under the ring name Mitchell Lyons and teaming with Mark Sterling to lose against The Viking Raiders (Erik and Ivar). Lorenzo also appeared for All Elite Wrestling (AEW), as Jake Tucker, on the June 15, 2021, episode of AEW Dark, losing to Frankie Kazarian. Then he again wrestled on the July 13 episode of AEW Dark, losing to The Blade.

WWE NXT (Present)

On March 17, 2022, Lorenzo signed a deal with WWE and headed to the WWE Performance Center. Going by the name Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo, he burst onto the NXT scene on April 19 alongside Troy "Two Dimes" Donovan, disrupting a match by attacking Santos Escobar. The next week, Tony D'Angelo, playing the role of an Italian-American mobster, introduced them as his henchmen, casting them as the bad guys. On June 4, at NXT In Your House, The D'Angelo Family triumphed over Legado del Fantasma, and as part of the deal, this crew joined forces with the D'Angelo Family. Following Donovan's departure, on the August 2 episode of NXT, Lorenzo and D'Angelo went up against The Creed Brothers for the NXT Tag Team Championship but faced defeat, thanks to Santos Escobar turning on D'Angelo.

During NXT Stand & Deliver on April 1, 2023, Lorenzo and D'Angelo had a shot at the NXT Tag Team Championship in a triple threat match but fell short. However, at NXT: The Great American Bash, they bounced back, defeating Gallus (Wolfgang and Mark Coffey) to secure Lorenzo's first-ever championship. The duo faced a setback at NXT Halloween Havoc on October 24, losing the titles to Chase University (Andre Chase and Duke Hudson). Yet, their winning spirit shone through on the November 14 episode of NXT, as they managed to regain the NXT Tag Team Championship by overcoming Chase University.

Lorenzo is originally from Lowell, Indiana, US but he likes to keep his private life discreet and hence hasn’t disclosed his current residence in public.

Lorenzo is not married yet but he confirmed that he is in a relationship with fellow NXT star Arianna Grace. Last December when Lorenzo posted a photo of himself with Grace on his Instagram, Santino Marella's daughter Arianna Grace commented, expressing her love for her boyfriend.

Arianna Grace is a model turned Professional wrestler who is currently working for World Wrestling Entertainment. Bianca Carelli is the real name of Arianna Grace. She is from Toronto, Ontario, Canada and she is the daughter of legendary wrestler and former WWE Superstar Santino Marella. She made her WWE in-ring debut in NXT Level Up on 29 April 2022.
