Jaylen Brown is an American professional basketball player who plays as a shooting guard for the Boston Celtics in the NBA. He is currently in his sixth season. He was selected by the Boston Celtics with the third overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft. Early life

Brown attended Marietta, Georgia's Wheeler High School. Brown led Wheeler to an overall record of 30-3 as a senior while averaging 28 points and 12 rebounds. As a member of the USA Basketball Men's U18 National Team, Brown won a gold medal at the 2014 FIBA Americas Championship and was well-known for his agility. Additionally, he received a roster spot for the 2015 McDonald's All-American Boys Game.
