In January 2025, WWE RAW will be moving to popular video streaming service giant Netflix. This move to Netflix will mark the beginning of a new era for the Stamford-based promotion, and Triple H will do everything in his power to make the first episode on January 6 a memorable one.

While fans can expect to see many interesting matches and segments, there is a chance that an injured superstar could return to compete on the red brand. The injured superstar who could return is Big E. Since March 2022, The New Day member has been away from wrestling due to an injury.

On the March 11, 2022, edition of Friday Night SmackDown, Big E teamed up with Kofi Kingston to face Ridge Holland and Sheamus. During this match, Holland delivered a Suplex to the former WWE Champion outside the ring, which caused The New Day member to land on his head, thus breaking his vertebrae in two places.

While the doctors have advised Big E not to wrestle again, recent reports suggest he could return and be involved with The New Day if he is medically cleared. Hence, keeping these reports in mind, it won't be surprising if Triple H books Big E to return on Monday Night RAW's debut on Netflix. The Florida native last appeared on the flagship show on January 10, 2022.

Doing something along these lines would give the former WWE Champion extra time to recover. Also, if not as a wrestler, Big E could join The New Day as a manager and lead them to success. However, the angle is speculative at this point.

Wrestling legend recently spoke about the possibility of Big E wrestling in WWE again

Over the course of his wrestling career in WWE, Big E became a fan favorite. With his huge, strong build and impeccable comedic timing, the 38-year-old earned many fans. These fans often express their desire to see the veteran return to in-ring duties in the Stamford-based promotion.

Recently, a WWE legend discussed the possibility of Big E's return. The WWE legend in question is former SmackDown GM Teddy Long. During an episode of Sportskeeda Wrestling's The Wrestling Time Machine, Long discussed Big E's future and also gave examples of other wrestlers.

Long said:

"Well, that's gonna kinda be left up to Big E and his doctors. He's on that maybe, I guess that [no-touch] list; I don't know whether he's cleared or not. It may be where, 'Big E, it's up to you; you take your chances!' I think Kurt Angle did that. I think he had been advised not to wrestle anymore, and I think, if I can remember, I think that was with Edge also, that he had been advised to not compete anymore. And he and Kurt both got back in the ring; they took their chances." [5:24-5:55]

Whether Big E returns to compete in the ring or not, he has done more than enough to cement a place in the Stamford-based promotion's history as a wrestler.

It's also important to note that while the 38-year-old has been away from in-ring action, he has been working as an analyst on the preshows of PLEs.
