WWE Bad Blood featured several important returns. Raquel Rodriguez, Goldberg, and Jimmy Uso had prominent spots at the event. However, the biggest return took place at the end of the show.

After Jimmy Uso and Roman Reigns helped Cody Rhodes stave off a post-match attack from The Bloodline, The Rock appeared in the entrance area to stare at everyone.

The Final Boss glared at the ring, raised his eyebrow, and then hit the bricks as Bad Blood went off the air. The Rock could do one of the next four things now that he's returned to WWE.

#4. The Rock could bring Paul Heyman back to WWE as his advocate

Fans haven't seen Paul Heyman since Solo Sikoa, and The Bloodline put him through an announce table over the summer.

Roman Reigns said that Sikoa and his minions took away his Wiseman to sell how out of order things have been in his absence.

Heyman has been linked to some of the biggest names in wrestling history. At one point in their careers, Reigns, CM Punk, and Brock Lesnar were all flanked by the creator of ECW.

Since The Great One will likely appear sporadically and not each week, Heyman could return to speak on his behalf. He did that during Reigns' run as Undisputed WWE Champion.

#3. He could unveil himself as the new Tribal Chief

While Solo Sikoa thinks he's on the same level as Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns, he clearly isn't. He's fallen to Rhodes in many important matches and doesn't have the cache as a WWE commodity that Reigns has.

He may be in over his head since he immediately usurped The Bloodline after WrestleMania 40. The Rock is a student of the game and never misses an opportunity to be the top dog.

Since he sees Sikoa's failures and doesn't like Reigns' acting cordially with Rhodes, he may make himself the new Tribal Chief.

Sikoa did it but hasn't been successful. The Rock's years of wrestling experience would lend him credibility as the new leader of The Bloodline.

#2. Cody Rhodes vs. Roman Reigns III can get a Special Guest Referee

The American Nightmare and The Original Tribal Chief will battle a third time over the Undisputed WWE title. It's just a matter of when the third showdown is booked. It won't be at Crown Jewel or Survivor Series: WarGames since Rhodes will face Gunther should both men keep their titles.

However, whenever it does happen, it will need special attention. Current and former Bloodline members will intervene. The Rock is a member of the TKO Board of Directors.

He could flex his muscles by appointing himself the Special Guest Referee for the match between Reigns and Rhodes. What he does as the enforcer would then set the stage for one of the biggest matches in wrestling history.

#1. The Rock could turn on Roman Reigns

When he popped up at the beginning of 2024 and on the Road to WrestleMania, WWE made a big deal of Rock acknowledging Roman Reigns as Tribal Chief. Roman requested he do so before they moved forward for The Showcase of the Immortals.

As he stood in the entranceway at Bad Blood, it was unclear what The Final Boss was thinking. Did he return since Jimmy Uso, another original Bloodline member, also reemerged? Is he eyeing the other side with Solo Sikoa? Is he tempted by Rhodes' belt?

The Rock and Roman Reigns will still square off in the next few years. Having The Final Boss turn on his cousin would be a shocking moment that would lead to the dream match fans have always wanted.
