Last night's WWE RAW featured the fallout from Bad Blood, plus the first real kickoff to the Crown Jewel build. This week also marked the red brand's temporary return to a two-hour show format. Sources have now revealed how multiple problems at this week's episode led to backstage heat.

WWE began the second hour of RAW with a brief backstage segment to promote NXT on the CW Network but then went to a ten-woman Tag Team match. Lyra Valkyria, Natalya, Zelina Vega, Katana Chance, and Kayden Carter defeated Alba Fyre, Isla Dawn, Shayna Baszler, Zoey Stark, and Sonya Deville. The bout went just over seven minutes, with one commercial break. Valkyria pinned Deville after her leg drop finisher.

According to Fightful Select, WWE officials were met with internal frustration over the ten-woman match. The booking of the bout caused heat among some, but that wasn't the only issue.

Sources noted that people had issues with the perceived lack of direction for the superstars working the match. Furthermore, another source of frustration was the match losing TV time due to the commercial.
