WWE officials have put a renewed focus on building NXT into the third official brand for the company. Top superstars have returned to Orlando for various feuds, while rising stars have tried to establish dominance on RAW and SmackDown following their call-ups. New details have just emerged on plans for a fan-favorite that has "unfinished business" to take care of.

Tegan Nox joined WWE in April 2017, but her first few years were marred by injuries and an 11-month release. She has been on the main roster since Triple H brought her back in December 2022 and was drafted to SmackDown last month. It was revealed just weeks ago that there was interest in bringing the 29-year-old back to the third brand.

The Girl With The Shiniest Wizard has wrestled just seven televised non-PLE matches in 2024, and word now is that there are still no immediate creative plans for Nox on the main roster, according to Fightful Select. The Welsh grappler is expected to have a run in NXT soon, and that was reported by Performance Center and main roster sources.

WWE is set to reveal the Battleground challenger for Women's Champion Roxanne Perez on tonight's episode. It is rumored that Nox will return to the brand to kick off a feud with Perez. This has not been confirmed, but officials in Orlando have requested Nox for a while now.

Nox reportedly has "unfinished business" with WWE's third brand, even though she returned in October 2023 for a loss to Lyra Valkyria.
