WWE RAW is set to kick off in just a few hours with fallout from Bad Blood. This week's show will mark another big night for Xavier Woods. Amid rumors and speculation on The New Day's future, Woods has just issued a defiant statement as he prepares for a three-peat.

Jey Uso will defend the WWE Intercontinental Championship against The New Day's wrestler-gamer on tonight's RAW. The title shot was passed to Woods by Kofi Kingston, who Uso originally wanted to grant an opportunity to. WWE continues to tease a major split within The New Day.

RAW will mark the third-ever televised singles bout between the tag team legends. Woods won their first-ever match in July 2017, then won the rematch by DQ in December 2021. Both matches went just two minutes and were on SmackDown.

Main Event Jey was just put on notice by the UpUpDownDown boss. Woods took to X this afternoon to share a clip from his 2017 win over the Intercontinental Champion, predicting a championship victory this time.

"Tonight we run it back. But this time for the Intercontinental title," Xavier Woods wrote with the video below.

The Usos and The New Day have done battle more than 100 times since 2014. With 21 championship reigns between them, the teams last locked up on November 11, 2022. The 24-minute SmackDown opener that night saw Jimmy and Jey retain the Undisputed Tag Team Championship over Kofi and Xavier.
