A particular WWE Superstar has been misused by creative too much despite being incredibly talented, according to NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion EC3. The star in question, Dexter Lumis, is currently part of the Wyatt Sicks.

Dexter has had an interesting career in wrestling so far, having competed in TNA and the Independent circuit apart from the Stamford-based promotion. Despite having a great look and impressive talent, he was never booked to win any titles in WWE.

According to EC3, both Dexter and Erick Rowan have been victims of poor handling by the creative department. Speaking on Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Outlaws, EC3 stated:

"So we have this big gigantic viking-looking MFer (Erick Rowan) with a sweet beard who kicks people and has this off-brand sense of humor. Very easy to find a spot. Sam Shaw, a very talented artist who can paint pictures and like works very well, and has this like deadpan Dexter kind of quality to him, okay he is a serial killer. Not hard to plug people in and put them in scenarios where their characters can grow and thrive." [5:00 onwards]

Another WWE veteran has also talked about Erick Rowan and Dexter Lumis' booking

Vince Russo is in agreement with EC3, as he also thinks that Erick Rowan and Dexter Lumis have been poorly handled.

On the same episode of The Wrestling Outlaws, the former WWE head writer expressed regret at how several stars like Erick and Dexter have been mis-booked so far. According to him, stars like these had their own vision, which carried their careers.

"If I am a writer and I am a creator & a producer, and you have talents like this? Bro, you just write these talents. These talents tell you what they are... Bro, with Steve Austin and The Rock, you go along for the ride. So when you've got such talented people and it goes terribly wrong, I don't know how that happens." [3:51 onwards]

As of now, only time will tell how Erick Rowan and Dexter Lumis' run as part of the Wyatt Sicks will pan out.
