A WWE RAW star has commented on how he plans to get involved in the title picture. The last time Karrion Kross held gold in the company was in 2021 when he was the NXT Champion.

The Doomwalker held the title for 136 days before dropping it to Samoa Joe at NXT TakeOver 36 on August 22, 2021. He was called up to the main roster later only to be released soon after. The Harbinger of Doom returned to WWE in 2022 and although it seemed like he was going get into a program with Roman Reigns, it didn't lead to anything.

During a recent episode of Insight, the host Chris Van Vliet asked Karrion Kross how he plans on finding his way into the title picture. Kross jokingly said that something unfortunate would happen to him if he answered the question.

"Yeah, I could tell you but then someone would throw me down a flight of stairs... A lot of people online will say, 'Oh they're pushing him finally' or 'They're pushing her' or 'Oh they're burying him,' and there's only two people getting pushed in a wrestling program. I don't know how this has become lost upon people. The only two people being pushed in a wrestling program are the champion and the contender. So people think someone gets a few wins they're being pushed, someone thinks they get one loss or a series of losses they're being buried. It's not true," he said. [From 26:48 to 29:14]

Karrion Kross says he sometimes thinks about going back to WWE NXT

The Doomwalker had a different look and was a bigger star in NXT compared to the main roster. He held the NXT Championship twice. When Chris Van Vliet asked Karrion Kross if he thinks about going back to WWE's developmental brand, the star stated:

“Sometimes I do, but the truth of the matter with that is, in my opinion, NXT is a program where they’re attempting to build new stars. They want to create stars for the future... I’m so grateful and so proud of my work at NXT, but for the sake of everybody else down there I don’t think I should be down there doing it," said Kross. [H/T: CVV]
