A popular WWE Superstar recently took to social media to send a warning to Bayley amid her current absence from television. This was Damage CTRL member Asuka, who has not been seen on TV since May 2024.

The 43-year-old last competed inside the squared circle on May 4 at Backlash 2024, where she teamed up with Kairi Sane to lock horns with Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair for the Women's Tag Team Championship. After losing the bout, The Empress of Tomorrow went on a hiatus due to an unfortunate knee injury.

Asuka has been regularly posting on her social media handles amid her recovery. She recently took to X/Twitter to post an angry photo of herself and Bayley getting beaten up.

The Damage CTRL member also posted a meme from The Simpsons, in which one of the lead characters can be seen choking the other, seemingly suggesting that she wanted to choke The Role Model.

WWE Superstar Sonya Deville wants to face Asuka

During an interview with Chris Van Vliet on INSIGHT, WWE Superstar Sonya Deville talked about her matches with Asuka in NXT and during live events.

Deville mentioned that she never got a chance to face The Empress of Tomorrow in a singles televised match and she wanted to change that with a possible feud with the Damage CTRL member in the future.

"And then it would be like, I go to RAW, she got to SmackDown, she go to SmackDown, I go to RAW and we just keep playing tag and not catching each other. So I was like, if I could paint the perfect picture, I would love to have like a two-three seg match with Asuka and just mess each other up," said Deville.

According to rumors, Asuka might be done with WWE. However, nothing has been confirmed as of today and fans have been eagerly waiting to see The Empress of Tomorrow back inside the ring.

It will be interesting to see what the Stamford-based promotion has planned for the Damage CTRL member's future.
