A WWE Superstar had a hilarious reaction to an old clip of Randy Orton's wife hitting an RKO on him. The star in question is Tommaso Ciampa, who has been trying and failing to hit an RKO on The Viper for quite some time now.

Orton is one of the greatest heels ever to step foot in a WWE ring. He debuted his finisher, the RKO, back in late 2003. It instantly became a hit with the WWE Universe. Orton is still going strong at 44 years old.

For a while now, WWE Superstar Tommaso Ciampa has been trying to perform an RKO on Randy Orton. He and his tag team partner Johhny Gargano have shared a series of hilarious clips on their social media in the past few weeks, in which Ciampa can be seen trying to surprise Orton with an RKO. Unfortunately, Ciampa has failed on every occasion.

He recently came across a clip of Orton's wife Kim hitting an RKO on him and had an amusing reaction. He used emojis to send the message that he was taking notes from Orton's wife successfully hitting the move on Orton.

Randy Orton on Ciampa's comments about a potential main roster move

A few years ago, Ciampa said that he would retire if asked to move to the main roster from NXT, as he liked the lighter schedule he was on then. Orton had the following to say in response during an interview with CBS Sports:

"I think with the kind of hustle Tommaso has shown he has, I think he's perfectly capable. I think he's a big fish in a relatively small pond. I don't mean that as a knock, to be clear. But I want to see him try to become a big fish in a bigger pond. I would like to see him under the pressure to have something like the greatest wrestling match ever. And I would love to work with him." [H/T - CBS Sports]

Ciampa did incredibly well during his time in WWE NXT and was the most hated villain on the brand at one point, back in the day. Fans would surely love to see a full-fledged feud between Orton and Ciampa somewhere down the line.
