Former WWE head writer Vince Russo recently spoke about Vince McMahon's current standing within the company. The former Chairman stepped back from his role earlier this year.

McMahon was at the receiving end when a lawsuit from former WWE employee Janel Grant accused him of sexual harassment and trafficking. The veteran promoter had to resign from his role as TKO Executive Chairman. He even claimed the allegations were untrue and that he would fight against them.

On a recent episode of Piers Morgan Uncensored, Russo mentioned that Endeavor CEO Ari Emmanuel would be foolish to have any connection with Vince McMahon. The veteran writer felt it was evident that Endeavor and even the WWE have severed ties with the 79-year-old and he has no standing in the company currently.

"Well, Ari Emmanuel would have to be the stupidest businessman on the face of the planet to still have any associate with Vince McMahon. Obviously looking at his success and the success of his company, he's not. So with Maven and Coach, one thousand percent Vince has nothing to do with the WWE today." [From 45:28 to 45:51]

Maven also shared his opinions about Vince McMahon

During the same conversation, former WWE star Maven spoke about Vince McMahon's quirks. He mentioned that his former boss was a "transactional individual" and only cared about the amount of money a star drew for his company.

"Vince is a very transactional individual. If you're making him money, and a lot of these stars were making him millions, he loves you." He continued, "When you see Vince backstage, he'll ignore you. If you mean nothing to him or nothing to his show, he'll pass you by and won't give you the time of the day," Maven said.

Maven claimed that Vince barely cared about wrestlers who weren't bringing in the big bucks. He felt McMahon hardly spoke to them and often ignored them backstage.
