Paul Heyman hasn't been seen in WWE since the June 28 episode of SmackDown. The Wiseman was taken out by The Bloodline 2.0 after he refused to acknowledge Solo Sikoa as his Tribal Chief.

Despite his absence, Heyman has been referenced many times since Roman Reigns' WWE return. The OTC did so on SmackDown tonight as well, stating that The Wiseman would have already fixed the situation between him and Jey Uso by now.

WWE's official X/Twitter handle posted a clip of the backstage segment where Reigns said that, with him even claiming that he'd acknowledge Solo Sikoa. The caption of the tweet included a question asking where Paul Heyman was:

"What's going on? @WWERomanReigns is going to acknowledge Solo Sikoa?! @HeymanHustle, where are you?!"

Heyman didn't outright respond to the question, but his next move was telling. The WWE Hall of Famer shared the tweet on his Instagram Story, along with a link to it:

This might be a sign that Paul Heyman's on-screen return is not far away. Roman Reigns certainly needs his guidance again. Meanwhile, The Big Uce himself refused to acknowledge Solo Sikoa as his Tribal Chief. This led to a huge beatdown at the hands of The Bloodline.

It is clear that Reigns and Jimmy Uso need Jey Uso's help. They will likely persist in attempting to reunite with him following the events on this week's SmackDown.
