USA Network, home of RAW, sends four-word message after Drew McIntyre quits WWE

USA Network's official Instagram handle recently reacted to Drew McIntyre's shocking promo on the latest edition of RAW. The Scottish Warrior quit WWE last night following the events that transpired at the Clash at the Castle 2024 Premium Live Event in Glasgow, Scotland.

At Clash at the Castle 2024, McIntyre took on The Judgment Day's Damian Priest in the main event, with the World Heavyweight Championship on the line. McIntyre was very close to winning the coveted belt before CM Punk came out, wearing a referee's t-shirt, and hit him with a low blow. Seconds later, Priest hit Drew with the South of Heaven to win the match and retain his title.

During the latest episode of RAW, Drew McIntyre announced that he was quitting WWE, before walking out of the ring. Shortly after, the official Instagram handle of USA Network commented on the video, reacting to Drew's decision.

CM Punk on the idea of facing Drew McIntyre in a Hell in a Cell match

After costing Drew McIntyre the World Heavyweight Championship yet again, CM Punk appeared at the Clash at the Castle post-show press conference. The Best in the World was asked about the possibility of taking on McIntyre inside Hell in a Cell after his recovery, and he quickly shot down the idea.

"First match is a Hell in a Cell? Brother, you have to take that fantasy booking s**t elsewhere. I don’t want to ever do a Hell in a Cell. I don’t want to ever do a Ladder Match. I’m going to beat him up with my two fists. He wants to make fun of my tricep, I’m going to hurt him with it. I’m going to figure out something. Maybe learn a new hold. I’ll break his dreams. At this point, it is quite clear that Drew McIntyre and Punk will further engage in a heated feud the moment the latter heals up. Fans are excited about the idea of a match between the two superstars somewhere down the line.
