Triple H has talked about CM Punk and Drew McIntyre's brutal match and shared his thoughts. The WWE Chief Content Officer had things to say about the stars following their extreme bout inside the Hell in a Cell structure.

At Bad Blood, Drew McIntyre and CM Punk ended their months-long rivalry, finally, inside the Hell in a Cell structure. The fight, because that's what their match was, was extremely brutal and left both stars with injuries and almost unable to move. McIntyre was busted open the hard way and needed 16 staples on the top of his head after getting hit with a toolbox. Meanwhile, after the match was over and he had won, CM Punk could hardly walk and collapsed.

He even needed oxygen when he was sitting down on the ramp. On RAW, Punk said goodbye to fans for the time being, as he needed time away and was not sure when he would see the fans again.

WWE has now posted a highlights video of their match set to a song on their YouTube channel. Triple H posted the video on X/Twitter and commented on the status of the two stars after their match. He said that they went to "hell and back" and said that the two stars would never be the same again. He then encouraged fans to watch the highlight video of what happened inside the cell.

"They went to hell and back… and now, they’ll never be the same. Relive the carnage of @CMPunk vs. @DMcIntyreWWE inside Hell in a Cell at #WWEBadBlood, set to “It’s Supposed to Hurt” by @HouseofProtectn."

While Triple H gave an update, CM Punk & Drew McIntyre are both in bad condition after Bad Blood

As reported before, Drew McIntyre needed 16 staples due to his injuries at Bad Blood. However, he was not the only one. CM Punk appeared on RAW and said that he was in pain. He also said that he was taking time away from action and said goodbye to the fans for the time being.

It remains to be seen when the star finally returns to the ring.

Triple H will have to see if he can bring the stars back to the ring soon, or ever, given the toll the match took on both stars' bodies.
