Roman Reigns’ iconic Undisputed WWE Universal Championship reign left a bitter taste in the mouth of many top stars. A former WWE Champion reflected on his rivalry against The Tribal Chief and vowed to right the wrong.

Drew McIntyre and Roman Reigns had an iconic rivalry in 2022. It looked like The Scottish Warrior would win the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at Clash at the Castle 2022 in Cardiff, Wales, but The Bloodline had other plans. Solo Sikoa debuted on the main roster to cost McIntyre the match.

In an interview with The Indian Express, McIntyre spoke about the moment that was ruined by Solo Sikoa. The former WWE Champion claimed that the upcoming Clash at the Castle in Glasgow, Scotland, would allow him to right the wrong.

"When I look back at all the biggest moments I've had, especially in WWE, my first world title win was in the height of the pandemic, nobody there. The second world title win, very much the same, in the ThunderDome. Looking to the last Clash at the Castle, it was perfect. It was in Wales, it was in the UK, where I'm from and it was perfect, until it wasn't perfect, when Solo Sikoa debuted and sc****d me out of the title and ruined that moment. Drew added that the redo in Scotland, his native country, will ensure that he does not fall prey to another heartbreak.

"We get a redo, not just in Wales, not just in the UK, but specifically in Scotland where I'm from, where I never imagined there would be a big WWE PLE with myself in the main event and the world title. This one has to be done right," Drew McIntyre said. [H/T WrestlingINC]

The home advantage could fuel Drew McIntyre’s fire to win the World Heavyweight Championship for a good run. It should be kept in mind that The Scottish Warrior's title celebrations were cut short by Damian Priest, who is the current World Heavyweight Champion, after the latter cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase on the former and won the title at WrestleMania XL.

Solo Sikoa is leading The Bloodline in Roman Reigns' absence from WWE

Solo Sikoa has made a name for himself as one of the most ruthless men in the business. However, Roman Reigns’ absence from WWE has not entirely helped him reach the top of his game.

The Enforcer has led The Bloodline since The Tribal Chief went on a hiatus following WrestleMania XL. It looks like the creative team is building towards a potential Civil War between members of the iconic faction.

It will be interesting to see how Sikoa handles things in the coming months. The inclusion of new members along with Paul Heyman’s flawless work has helped the Samoan faction stay afloat in Reigns’ absence.
