A real-life Bloodline member recently showed his concern over WWE's current treatment of Jacob Fatu following the Bad Blood Premium Live Event. The name in question is The Rock's cousin, Lloyd Anoa'i.

Jacob Fatu joined WWE in 2024 and made his on-screen debut in June of this year. The star has already made a huge impact in The Bloodline story, and many believe he will go on to become one of the best in the business.

Jacob won the WWE Tag Team Championship in such a short span, and the company has been making him look like an ultimate threat to the locker room. The star is also main-eventing major shows, as he teamed up with Solo Sikoa to lock horns with Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes in a tag team match at Bad Blood.

During Sportskeeda Wrestling's Bad Blood post-show review, real-life Bloodline member Lloyd Anoa'i said that he believed WWE needed to take things slow with Jacob Fatu. He mentioned that WWE was trying to push Jacob too fast, which might not be good for the longevity of his career.

"Jacob [Fatu], he's wild, crazy, this and that, but I think they're trying to maybe tone him down a little bit because I think he came off in the beginning as wild, but I think they need to tone him down a little bit because in order for him to go and work with somebody else in an angle, you know, they gotta slow him down, give him some time. I think they're going too fast with him right now; they'll kill him. You know, too early in his career," he said. [From 39:56 - 40:24]

Real-life Bloodline member Rikishi also had similar concerns over WWE's treatment of Jacob Fatu

During an edition of his Off The Top podcast, WWE legend Rikishi said that he believed Jacob Fatu was being pushed too fast by the company.

The real-life Bloodline member also mentioned that the Triple H-led creative team should give him time to showcase his talent before booking him against big stars like Cody Rhodes.

"I’m not surprised. Again, it goes down to where, this is my humble opinion, I think Jacob’s being pushed too fast. When you go to Cody, where do you go from there? Cody is the guy right now. I’ve said this before, let Jacob rampage through the whole roster, [and] give him those enhancement matches to build him. We’ve seen Jacob, however long he’s been on, but is there anything different? You can only do so much on a run-in. This is me. This is what I’m saying. You really want to go with a guy, show his talent. Put him out there, let him have a match, a squash match, just so he can show his potential of what else this kid can do," he said.

It remains to be seen what the Stamford-based promotion has planned for Jacob Fatu's future.
