Omos has been absent from WWE television since April when he participated in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal. Meanwhile, Pro Wrestling NOAH's The Great Muta recently expressed his desire to bring The Nigerian Giant to Japan.

NXT's Josh Briggs and Tavion Heights are currently in Japan to compete in NOAH's N-1 Victory tournament. It's part of WWE's collaboration with the promotion, which started last month when AJ Styles faced off against Naomichi Marufuji at the Destination 2024 event.

In a recent video uploaded on NOAH's YouTube channel, Briggs and Heights asked The Great Muta which WWE Superstar he would like to see in the promotion. The Hall of Famer named Omos, who hasn't been seen much on television over the past two years.

The Nigerian Giant has now broken his silence and reacted to The Great Muta's answer.

He tweeted:

"Wooow!!! 🤯🤯🤯"

Omos going to Japan might not be the worst booking decision given his lack of action in the past two years. With MVP's departure seeming official after his profile was moved to the WWE's alumni section, The Nigerian Giant could improve his skills by working at Pro Wrestling NOAH.

Omos comments on MVP's future with WWE

Montel Vontavious Porter has managed Omos over the past two years, but the partnership appears to be over now. MVP's contract has reportedly expired and his profile was moved to the alumni section.

The Nigerian Giant commented on his former manager's departure in an interview with Unlikely's Adrian Hernandez. He called MVP his "guy" and was thankful for their time together on the road. He stated that he had learned a lot from the veteran, whom he will miss following his exit.

"Since my time on WWE, I've spent the most time with MVP on the road. We've driven everywhere. It was him and I, hip to hip. I'm definitely going to miss him. I think it was time and in our time spent together, I was able to learn a lot from him. I was able to pick his brain. We spoke about everything, from wrestling to promos. How to be a good heel. Just little things about the business that a lot of guys don't get, I got to get that one-on-one time with him, someone who is very experienced in this business. I was extremely grateful that I had the opportunity to work with him and I did learn a lot. Forever friendship. He's forever my guy," the 30-year-old WWE star said. [H/T - Fightful]

It will be interesting to see what WWE has planned for Omos now that he has no on-screen manager. With Pro Wrestling NOAH seemingly appreciating his potential, it might be a matter of time before fans can watch him in action again.
