Three years ago, Nia Jax was on her way out of World Wrestling Entertainment. Currently, she is the WWE Women's Champion and reigning Queen of the Ring. It would be safe to say that the 40-year-old has turned around her fortunes as she enjoys the best run of her wrestling career in 2024.
During her first stint, she was in the midst of a tag team run with Shayna Baszler that went downhill. The duo were Women's Tag Team Champions on two separate occasions. Their implosion was highlighted by the USA Network ahead of SmackDown on social media, and The Irresistible Force took notice.
After the beating she received at the hands of the ex-UFC mauler, Jax needed some time off, and by November of that year, she was released by WWE. The Irresistible Force took to her X (fka Twitter) account to respond to the USA Network's post and stated that what they did was unnecessary, indicating she had not forgotten the incident.
"Listen here USA….this wasn’t even necessary," Nia Jax responded.
Jax now has a friendship with Money in the Bank holder, Tiffany Stratton, which appears to be a temporary arrangement for the latter. WWE has teased Miss MITB's frame of mind repeatedly since SummerSlam in August, where The Irresistible Force became Women's Champion. It seems only a matter of time before The Buff Barbie cashes in her contract.

For Nia Jax, it is a matter of making sure neither former champion Bayley nor Naomi walks out of the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California, as her next challenger.
The champion declared last Friday that if either of the two women could defeat her on the blue brand tonight in the Tag Team Match, the one who gets the deciding pinfall would receive a title shot at Bad Blood. However, there is a catch! If either Bayley or Naomi gets pinned, then that person will have to leave the blue brand.

Bad Blood is scheduled to emanate from the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, and will mark Nia Jax's first title defense at a premium live event since winning the belt from Bayley at SummerSlam. So far, The Irresistible Force has successfully defended her title against 'Michin' Mia Yim in a Street Fight. The bout took place in Germany, a night before Bash in Berlin.
