Vince McMahon has been surrounded by controversy for a while, and a new allegation has been added to the list. Earlier this year, Janel Grant filed a lawsuit against Vince McMahon, and it shook the company to its core. This led to Mr.McMahon announcing his leave from TKO, and the 79-year-old has been busy dealing with the fallout and fighting the case away from the wrestling industry.

Today, a new filing appeared from Janel Grant's side, which had a new allegation against Vince McMahon, Dr. Carlon Colker, and Peak Wellness. According to the recent filing, Vince McMahon is accused of sending Grant to a medical center where the doctor medicated her with unknown substances and refused to provide her legal records to the court.

The filing further stated Dr. Carlon Colker was on Mr. McMahon's payroll, and one of the staff, along with McMahon, abused Grant when she visited Peak Wellness. Furthermore, the filing claims McMahon and Colker were in cahoots and refused to comply with Grant's request. Ms. Grant's attorney also released a statement following the new filing against the 79-year-old former CEO of WWE.

“Imagine being at your most vulnerable, and the doctor you are told to see only makes you feel worse. Our filing today makes clear that Dr. Colker violated ethical and medical standards when he injected unknown substances into Janel’s body and directed her to take unlabeled pills while dismissing her basic questions about those drugs. Peak Wellness owes Janel Grant answers and the clinic’s secrecy and evasion must come to an end," said Ann Callis, attorney for Janel Grant.

Vince McMahon's Netflix documentary was affected due to the ongoing case

Last month, Vince McMahon's documentary, Mr. McMahon, was released on the global streaming platform. The series was in the works for years, and it came out at a time when the 79-year-old was surrounded by controversy.

The lawsuit against Mr.McMahon clearly affected the documentary, as the 79-year-old was unavailable to film his portion for the sixth and final episode of the series.

After its much-anticipated release, the man himself issued a statement that included several points regarding his involvement in the documentary and the current lawsuit by Janel Grant.

The case hasn't ended and no official verdict has been given. It's an ongoing situation and Sportskeeda Wrestling will provide updates as the case progresses.
