WWE Intercontinental Champion Jey Uso has been at the receiving end of many betrayals in the last few years. One more was added to the list at the latest live event in Newcastle as Bron Breakker teased a babyface turn to deceive the former Bloodline member and attack him.

Bron Breakker and Jey Uso have been at odds for several weeks. The Yeetman defeated Breakker to win his first singles title in WWE. While Bron came out to congratulate Jey on his victory the next week, his good guy phase did not last long as he turned heel last week and delivered a Spear to the former Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champion.

The two have continued their rivalry on the live circuit, facing off for the Intercontinental Championship during the company's tour of the United Kingdom. During their match at the Newcastle show, Bron Breakker once again deceived Jey, joining the former Bloodline member in doing the Yeet taunt, only to turn around and attack him.

Jey Uso and Bron Breakker will also face off for the Intercontinental Championship on RAW next week. While Jey has managed to get the better of the second-generation star so far, many expect him to drop the title next Monday.

WWE veteran on how Jey Uso could improve himself

Jey Uso has come into his own as a singles star and is currently one of the biggest babyfaces on the WWE roster. While the Yeetman is majorly over with the fans, wrestling veteran Jim Cornette pointed out how he can further improve himself.

Cornette noted that Jey needs to be more than his signature Yeet taunts:

"Nevertheless, Jey Uso is remarkably over. But he needs to work on not only being a hot dog but also the quality of his matches when he's selling. It's like you've got legitimate sympathy rather than, I just want him to get up and start Yeeting again," Cornette said.

While Jey has been thriving as a singles star, he is expected to return to the Bloodline storyline soon and reunite with Jimmy Uso and Roman Reigns. Jimmy even visited his brother on RAW but Jey refused to talk to him.

There are speculations that the Yeetman could rejoin his family feud after dropping the Intercontinental Championship. With Jey defending against Bron Breakker next week, the reunion could come sooner than expected.
