Jey Uso reacts to major WWE move ahead of Money in the Bank

Jey Uso is looking to climb back up the ladder on WWE RAW after a few attempts to become a world champion. He can get right back in the title hunt if he wins the 2024 Men's Money in the Bank briefcase.

On RAW this week, Uso picked up a win over Finn Bálor and WWE Hall of Famer Rey Mysterio in a Triple Threat match. This made him the first qualifier of the upcoming MITB ladder match to take place on July 6 in Toronto, Canada.

Interestingly, that is not all. Main Event Jey will also be featured in the poster of the event, it seems. Triple H shared it earlier today, adding that it is a career-altering opportunity. That is absolutely right in the case of Jey Uso, who is yet to win any singles title in WWE.

The poster features him holding a "YEET in the Bank" briefcase. The former Bloodline member shared Triple H's post on his Instagram story, which you can check out here.

In May, Jey Uso failed to dethrone World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest at Backlash in Lyon, France. He then partook in the King of the Ring Tournament but was eliminated in the semi-finals by eventual winner Gunther. It remains to be seen if Uso manages to secure the Money in the Bank briefcase for the first time in his career.

Unfortunately for Jey Uso, he was once upon a time associated with Roman Reigns, Jimmy Uso, and Solo Sikoa. Even if he is done with the past, the past is not done with him.

Drew McIntyre recently did an interview for Fightful, during which he claimed that it was his goal to get back at The Bloodline for everything they did to him over the years. The Samoans cost him a huge moment in Cardiff, Wales, in 2022, where Sikoa made his main roster debut by preventing McIntyre from defeating Reigns.

"That is actually my goal. There have been situations where it’s been very difficult. I had people in my business and I want to just jump on them and rip their heads off. I have to focus on the task at hand and focus on what’s important. I have to focus on what’s best for business and what’s best for me."

Meanwhile, McIntyre quit WWE on the latest episode of RAW after what happened at Clash of the Castle in Glasgow last weekend. CM Punk's interference cost him the World Heavyweight Championship match. The latest report states that this is only part of the storyline and that The Scottish Warrior and Priest were praised for their performances in the title match.
