Jey Uso was a part of an unannounced dark match on WWE SmackDown this week. But it was interesting how he was referenced in the opening segment by his brother Jimmy Uso. Either way, Jey would successfully defend his Intercontinental Championship.

In case you missed it, the returning Jimmy Uso appeared on the opening segment of Friday Night SmackDown on October 11 and shared the ring with Roman Reigns, who acknowledged him, along with the fans in attendance. Jimmy teased the return of somebody who he felt could aid them in their battle against the new Bloodline and it was quite obvious who he meant. Despite this, Roman Reigns said "No Yeet" in rejection, but Jimmy pressed on about how they need as much help as they can get in their family war.

After SmackDown went off the air, former NXT and Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker called out Jey Uso, with the latter beating him to retain the Intercontinental Championship.

The feud between Jey Uso and Bron Breakker is far from over. Despite showing respect the week before, Breakker would spear Jey to make it clear that he had unfinished business with the champ.

Breakker hasn't exactly been the shining example of being graceful in defeat.

Jey is going to have a busy end to the year if The Bloodline reunion materializes.
