WWE Superstar Drew McIntyre will wrestle in front of his home crowd in Glasgow, Scotland, at the Clash at the Castle Premium Live Event this Saturday. Meanwhile, The Scottish Warrior will compete on Friday in a non-televised match against former WWE Champion Sheamus despite not being on the SmackDown roster.

McIntyre held the World Heavyweight Championship for five minutes and 46 seconds at WrestleMania XL after beating Seth Rollins. However, The Scottish Psychopath lost the title to Damian Priest after the latter cashed in his Money in the Bank contract. The 39-year-old will now challenge The Judgment Day member for the World Heavyweight Championship at Clash at the Castle. Nevertheless, he will lock horns with Sheamus first, who recently returned from injury.

In an interview with The Indian Express, the former WWE Champion revealed that he would go head-to-head against The Celtic Warrior in a non-televised match on SmackDown this Friday in Glasgow.

"It's pretty exciting that the Euros start on the Friday before Clash at the Castle, the same night as Friday Night SmackDown in Glasgow. So, we got the big Euros game to watch, and then the big SmackDown, myself and Sheamus will be in a non-televised match at the HYDRO that night. And the following night, Clash at the Castle. So, it's a heck of a start to the weekend," he said. [4:42 - 5:04]

Drew McIntyre expects The Judgment Day to interfere in his match at WWE Clash at the Castle

In 2022, Drew McIntyre challenged Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at Clash at the Castle in Cardiff, Wales. However, he failed to dethrone The Tribal Chief after Solo Sikoa debuted to help his cousin secure the victory.

Ahead of his Clash at the Castle match against Damian Priest, McIntyre stated in his interview with The Indian Express that he expects The Judgment Day to interfere. Hence, he will be ready.

"The difference this time is that I don't take anything for granted. I assume the worst. I've got eyes in the back of my head. I know The Judgment Day will probably get involved like The Bloodline before, and I have to be ready for anything, and I have to be willing to do anything to get the job done," he said. Despite McIntyre's expectations, The Judgment Day is officially banned from ringside, thanks to The Scottish Warrior's victory over Finn Balor on the latest episode of Monday Night RAW.

However, WWE analyst Sam Roberts has suggested CM Punk could again interfere to cost the two-time WWE Champion. The latter and The Best in The World have been feuding for several months. It will be interesting to see if The Second City Saint makes his presence felt during the upcoming encounter between Drew McIntyre and Damian Priest.
