Dominik Mysterio takes brutal shot at CM Punk following WWE RAW

The Judgment Day's Dominik Mysterio took a brutal shot at CM Punk following this week's edition of WWE RAW. Mysterio will not be in action at Bad Blood this weekend but will be locked inside a shark cage during the Women's World Championship match between Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley.

CM Punk and Drew McIntyre had an intense promo last night on the red brand ahead of their Hell in a Cell match at the premium live event on October 5. Following last night's episode of WWE RAW, Punk took to his Instagram story to state that Dominik Mysterio toilet paper being on sale on the company's website reminded him of Jimmy Rave, a former ROH/TNA star who passed away in 2021.

Mysterio reacted to Punk's message by wondering who Rave was and followed it up with a middle finger emoji directed at the 45-year-old. You can check out Mysterio's brutal message to Punk on his Instagram story by clicking here.

WWE legend Teddy Long predicts chaos with Dominik Mysterio at Bad Blood

Hall of Famer Teddy Long believes Dominik Mysterio will escape from the shark cage this Saturday at Bad Blood.

Speaking on Sportskeeda's The Wrestling Time Machine podcast, Long predicted that Mysterio would escape the shark cage during the Women's World Championship match this weekend. He noted that the rest of Judgment Day members could potentially free Dom during the championship bout.

"Well, with Dominik being in the cage that's pretty possible it might happen but then again it might not happen. There's always somebody. Who you got there? Carlito? You got all those guys right there. Somebody might come at the end, whoever is guarding the cage, knock them down, let Dominik down. We don't know so we just have to let this play out. But Dominik is not in this cage for nothing." [From 02:27 onwards]

CM Punk defeated Dominik Mysterio at a WWE Live Event at Madison Square Garden last year. It will be interesting to see if the two stars ever have a rivalry on RAW in the months ahead.
