Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins referenced a WWE legend who hasn't been around for over one year and two months. This has led many to believe that the wheels are finally in motion for the highly anticipated return.

This week on RAW, Seth Rollins found himself having to convince Adam Pearce to set up a match against 'Big' Bronson Reed, explaining to the General Manager that fighting through injuries is a part of the game. He said that he has "slain beasts" before and was, in fact, once referred to as The Beast Slayer. This was in reference to Brock Lesnar.

Even Cody Rhodes in the following segment on RAW with Gunther reminded The Ring General that he has slayed a beast before. As fans may have guessed, this was also a reference to Brock Lesnar, who hasn't been around since SummerSlam 2023 when he lost to Cody Rhodes. That was on August 5, 2023, around 435 days ago.

It could be mere speculation at this point, but back-to-back references of Brock Lesnar, let alone having them on the same night, is something to think about and it's not hard to see why people would start speculating.

Despite being alluded to in the Vince McMahon-Janel Grant lawsuit, Triple H said that Brock Lesnar was at home doing "Brock Lesnar things," which presumably meant he was living his simple, countryside farm life. The Game previously seemed open to his return.

In all likelihood, Lesnar will get a huge pop if or when he returns to WWE.
