Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes is set to defend his title for the second time against Solo Sikoa. Meanwhile, the champion sent a heartwarming message to his wife, Brandi Rhodes, on their special day.
Over a decade ago, Cody Rhodes met Brandi in the Stamford-based promotion, and the two have been inseparable since. A few years ago, the couple returned to WWE. While Cody has been an integral part of the weekly product, Brandi has shifted her attention to their daughter.
Today, The American Nightmare and Brandi Rhodes celebrated their 11th anniversary. The two tied the knot over a decade ago, and Cody sent a heartfelt message to his wife ahead of his title defense on WWE SmackDown against Solo Sikoa. She also sent a message to Cody on X (fka Twitter).
"1️⃣1️⃣Invested in the worst stock she could possibly find(me) - been the most fun ten-plus years of my life trying to prove her right Happy Anniversary @TheBrandiRhodes," Cody wrote.

Earlier this year, Cody Rhodes was involved in the biggest feud of his career when he went up against The Rock a Roman Reigns' Bloodline every week. Luckily, Seth Rollins agreed to be his backup.
However, the faction always had the number advantage in title matches except at The Grandest Stage of Them All in Philadelphia. The Bloodline was one step ahead when The Rock and Roman Reigns won the tag team match.
Fortunately, The Tribal Chief's previous rivals appeared and assisted Cody Rhodes in the main event. The final nail in the coffin was Roman Reigns' past issues with Seth Rollins, as he chose to hit The Visionary instead of The American Nightmare.
This led to a new champion after over 1300 days as Cody Rhodes finished the story at WrestleMania XL. Later, Brandi Rhodes, Mama Rhodes, and many of Cody's close friends made it to the ring to celebrate with the new WWE champion.
While other members of his family made one appearance at the end, Brandi Rhodes also took part in Cody Rhodes' entrance on WrestleMania XL Night Two before the title match against Roman Reigns.
