Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes' wife, Brandi Rhodes, shared a hilarious social media update after The American Nightmare topped the 2024 PWI list for the top 500 professional wrestlers. Rhodes jumped an impressive nine spots from his No. 10 position on last year's list.

The 39-year-old has had an impressive twelve months, which saw him challenge Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship after winning the Royal Rumble match for the second year in succession. This time, however, Rhodes managed to dethrone The OTC to win his first singles title after returning to the Stamford-based company.

The SmackDown Superstar has since defended his title against four different opponents.

The former AEW star's wife, Brandi Rhodes, took to her X (FKA Twitter) account earlier today to share a sarcastic message while reacting to Cody's incredible feat. She reshared PWI's post congratulating the WWE Superstar, reflecting on her husband finally being at the top after two consecutive top-10 finishes in 2022 and 2023:

"Finally joining the bandwagon I see," she wrote.

Cody Rhodes opens up about a potential match with former WWE Champion

Cody Rhodes locked horns with Kevin Owens in a title match at Bash in Berlin. The two babyfaces put forth an impressive back-and-forth contest, which ended with the champion retaining the gold.

During the press conference after the premium live event, Cody Rhodes stated that a lot needed to happen for him to feud with Randy Orton. He opened up about his relationship with the 14-time World Champion. The American Nightmare pointed out that there were no plans for the two former stablemates to go against one another:

"A lot would have to happen for that match to take place. That's a real relationship and friendship, and the mentor and the student, but it is certainly not something I would back down from. [...] If it happens, that's a lot of drama. As The Bloodline fans like to say, the 'cinema', it's a lot of 'cinema'. But right now, no plans for it," he said.
