Wrestlers have worked for both WWE and AEW since Tony Khan launched his company in 2019. A fan-favorite was recently backstage at a major event with a few familiar faces, and now fans are calling on him to leave AEW and return to his former employer.

Mia Yim and Keith Lee are among the wrestling couples that work for separate companies. The husband and wife met while both were with World Wrestling Entertainment. Lee was released in November 2021 and has been with All Elite Wrestling since February 2022. There has been a lot of criticism surrounding Lee's run in AEW and ROH, mainly over how he's booked and his lack of opportunities.

Limitless Lee joined Michin for the WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony back in April, which took place after SmackDown in Philadelphia. They were seen hanging out with Big E, and his real-life partner - Kris Yim, Mia's real-life sister. Michin took to X/Twitter today with a photo from that night in April.

"Family [blue heart emoji] @realkeithlee @krisyim @wwebige #WWE #HOF," Mia Yim wrote with the photo below.

Yim's photo caused many members of the WWE Universe to renew their calls for Lee to return to the Stamford-based promotion. Several fans pointed to how they think Triple H will book Lee better than Tony Khan. Many fans want to see him join The New Day.

Lee has not wrestled since defeating Brian Cage on December 23, 2023, during AEW Collision, which came one week after his ROH Final Battle win over Shane Taylor.

Mia Yim warns WWE duo

Mia Yim made headlines for her Street Fight main event loss to Women's Champion Nia Jax on the final SmackDown of August. However, she seems to be in a new feud already.

Michin looked to bounce back from the Jax beating with a win over Chelsea Green on last Friday's SmackDown. However, Piper Niven's constant interference led to Green getting the win in just four minutes.

Yim took to X/Twitter after the match and issued a warning to Niven and Green, referring to them as two of MTV's most iconic animated characters.

"Beavis and Butthead, count your mf days. #WWE #Smackdown," Mia Yim wrote with the photo below.

It remains to be seen what the future holds for Yim as he looks to secure gold on SmackDown.
