WWE SmackDown was filled with enthralling matches and moments as we headed towards Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia. The show also saw Kevin Owens tease leaving the company following a recent turn of events. However, veteran journalist Bill Apter believes that The Prizefighter is going nowhere.

Owens turned heel and attacked Cody Rhodes in the parking lot after Bad Blood, leading to his suspension. The nine-time champion appeared in a pre-recorded video on SmackDown this week, sharing his thoughts on the suspension and his quarrel with Randy Orton last week. KO also teased leaving the company amid rumors of his contract expiry coming close.

Speaking on Sportskeeda Wrestling's SmackTalk, Bill Apter first praised the pre-recorded video featuring Kevin Owens.

"It was very natural. Just seemed like he set the camera and he was just talking to the fans. It was very good, very believable." [From 34:10 - 34:22]

The Hall of Fame journalist added that he does not see The Prizefighter leaving WWE and believes it is all work.

"He is not going anywhere. People are commenting on [him going to] AEW, etc., but Kevin Owens is staying with WWE. He’s got a great thing going there, and he’s not going to let that go." [From 34:56 - 35:09 ]
