A 28-year-old WWE Superstar teased bringing a major star to a future WrestleMania event. The star in question recently competed on an episode of TNA Impact.
WWE NXT star Karmen Petrovic battled Jordynne Grace for the Knockouts World Title on the August 31 edition of Impact but came up short. She took to Instagram today to claim a huge star will be accompanying her at a future WrestleMania event.
Petrovic shared that 50 Cent would be walking to the ring with her at WrestleMania and noted that she was a huge fan of the popular rapper.
"Guess who’s walking out with me at #wrestlemania ⁉️😝 raised by the get rich or die tryin’ album.. shoutout to the man who single handedly got me through my entire fight career 🙏🏼 if i got headphones on before a match, this is exactly who i’m listening to 🔥 thank you @50cent 🗡️," she wrote.
Karmen Petrovic signed with WWE in 2022 and is also a former karate competitor. She has not won a title during her time in the company so far.
Karmen Petrovic reveals what Shawn Michaels told her following WWE debut
NXT star Karmen Petrovic recently disclosed what Shawn Michaels told her following her debut match in the promotion.
The Heartbreak Kid currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Talent Development Creative and oversees the NXT brand. Petrovic made her WWE debut earlier this year on NXT Level Up and lost to Ivy Nile in a singles match.
In an interview with Casual Conversations earlier this year, Petrovic disclosed that Michaels told her that she could be a wrestler for as long as she wanted following her debut. She added that the legend jokingly warned her not to stay in the business forever like him.
"Shawn was like, 'Hey, you did so good. I'm so happy for you. I think you found your spot here. I'm pretty sure that you can do this sport for however long you want.' He's like, 'Don't be like me, though, and stay in it forever!'" [1:19:16 – 1:19:34]
