Roman Reigns is currently in the midst of another Bloodline Civil War. WWE Hall of Famer Paul Heyman affirmed that The Bloodline storyline isn't even in the third inning yet, leaving fans to believe Triple H and the creative may still have a few tricks up their sleeve. The ongoing saga could take an unexpected turn if TKO's Board of Directors member Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson returns at the Bad Blood Premium Live Event on October 5.

The Original Tribal Chief will be in action this Saturday when he teams up with Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes to face Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu of The Bloodline in a tag team contest.

On paper, the match favors the babyfaces, given their star power. Despite the fact The Samoan Werewolf has been portrayed as a force to be reckoned with, Randy Orton has shown Jacob Fatu is not invincible.

If there's anyone who can save The Bloodline from getting thrashed at Bad Blood it's The Rock. The Final Boss was last seen on TV on the fallout episode of RAW after WrestleMania XL, where he teased a future program with The American Nightmare.

For months, fans were mulling over the idea of The People's Champ unveiling himself as the mystery leader of The Bloodline. That could come to fruition if The Rock shows up at Bad Blood and tells Roman Reigns he has disgraced The Anoaʻi family.

The Brahma Bull may hold The Original Tribal Chief responsible for igniting the Bloodline Civil War, stemming from his shocking WrestleMania XL loss. A disgruntled Rock would then misuse his power and announce that he is firing Roman Reigns from WWE (in kayfabe).

The aforementioned angle would plant the seeds of a long-awaited program between the two cousins heading into WrestleMania next year. However, this is all speculation at the moment and fans will have to tune in to Bad Blood to find out how the story will progress.

Could Paul Heyman betray Roman Reigns?

Roman Reigns doesn't have a lot of people to count on besides his arch-rival, Cody Rhodes. One would assume that Paul Heyman would be on his side since The Wiseman refused to acknowledge Solo Sikoa as his Tribal Chief. But this could merely be a ruse.

Recent reports have suggested that Heyman might return with a new client in the form of Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson. A swerve of this magnitude would set the stage for the OG Bloodline to get back together and add another layer to the saga.
