Former WWE star Nic Nemeth, aka Dolph Ziggler, recently faced Alberto El Patron, popularly known to fans as Alberto Del Rio, for the AAA Mega Championship at AAA TripleMania XXXII. El Patron managed to defeat Nemeth, becoming the new world champion.

After the match, WCW legend Konnan made a surprise appearance to assist El Patron with some post-match antics, aligning himself with the new champion. Notably, Konnan was seen wearing a Judgment Day T-shirt, sparking speculation about the possibility of the new Judgment Day recruiting Konnan and El Patron.

Given that Konnan is the godfather of Dominik Mysterio, there’s an intriguing possibility of Konnan and Alberto El Patrón joining The Judgment Day as the faction's Mexican wing. This would help create interesting possibilities during any future battle with Rey Mysterio and his faction, the LWO.

This would be an exciting development if WWE and AAA decide to collaborate, potentially opening up new storylines and cross-promotion between the two wrestling organizations. Seeing as how the current relationship between WWE and TNA seems to working out well for both companies, fans are indeed hoping something like this would help WWE create more magical moments for the WWE Universe.

Several other current and former WWE stars made an appearance at AAA TripleMania

Apart from Nic Nemeth, Alberto Del Rio, and Konnan, another notable figure at AAA TripleMania XXXII was JBL, who accompanied Nemeth to the ring before his match.

Meanwhile, former RK-Bro member Matt Riddle claimed victory in a triple-threat match to become the new AAA Cruiserweight Champion. Raj Dhesi, aka Jinder Mahal, along with AEW star Satnam Singh, also won a three-way bout to capture the AAA World Tag Team Championships.

However, one of the event's most surprising moments was the appearance of Rey Mysterio, who delivered a message via video to pay tribute to his long-time friend and rival, Psicosis (Nicho El Millonario), as he was inducted into the AAA Hall of Fame. Mysterio and Psicosis shared legendary battles during their time in WCW and ECW.

Konnan, AAA's Head of Creative has recently talked about a potential partnership with WWE, similar to the one TNA currently has. If such a deal materializes, it could lead to exciting new developments and collaborations between these two massive wrestling promotions.
