CM Punk announced on this week's WWE RAW that we might not see him for a while after his performance at Bad Blood alongside Drew McIntyre. Unfortunately, fans might be missing a few more stars on television.

At the 2024 Bad Blood Premium Live Event, CM Punk and Drew McIntyre ended their legendary feud inside Hell in a Cell. As promised, the match between them was as extreme as possible and ended with both men bloody and bruised.

Following the event, The Voice of the Voiceless announced on RAW that he would be taking some time off to spend with his loved ones after being away from them for some time. It's possible that fans might not see him for the remainder of the year, but so will several other WWE names.

For this list, we will look at four other WWE Superstars who might miss the television for the rest of 2024.

#4. Ilja Dragunov got injured during his match against Gunther

One of the fastest-rising stars on WWE RAW recently is Ilja Dragunov due to his hard-hitting and fast-paced wrestling style that can rival even the likes of Gunther. However, he tore his ACL after a World Heavyweight Championship match against The Ring General on a September 28, 2024, live event in Columbus, Georgia.

On last week's Monday show, the commentators announced Ilja Dragunov's injury and stated that his injury might have to keep him out of action for at least six to nine months.

#3. CM Punk's rival Drew McIntyre

As mentioned above, Punk and McIntyre ended their trilogy in a bloody Hell in a Cell match involving several weapons. For Drew, he suffered the most after being hit with a toolbox and even hitting his lower back on the steel steps.

Following his match with Punk, Drew received 16 staples after getting hit by the aforementioned weapon. On top of that, the abuse his body went through in that match alone definitely earned him some time off, and he should return as a surprise entrant at the 2025 Royal Rumble.

#2. Braun Strowman suffered a legitimate injury last week on WWE RAW

Last week's episode of the Monday night show ended in a major way. Not only did it close with Bronson Reed vs. Braun Strowman in a Last Monster Standing match, but it also featured the return of Seth Rollins. Although the former Universal Champion won the match, he suffered a major consequence.

Strowman shared on his social media that he tore his groin two minutes into the Last Monster Standing match, showcasing the massive bruise on his leg. The usual recovery period for such injuries can range from 12-16 weeks, possibly more depending on severity.

#1. Alexa Bliss will reportedly return after the holiday season

Fans have not seen Alexa Bliss since the 2022 Women's Royal Rumble, where she failed to defeat Bianca Belair for the RAW Women's Championship, teasing an alliance with Uncle Howdy and Bray Wyatt in the progress. Many thought her return would soon follow The Wyatt Sicks' debut in June 2024, but it might be longer.

Despite the tease from the former RAW Women's Champion, it was reported by PWInsider that Alexa is not scheduled for an immediate return and is not expected to come back until after the 2024 holiday season. On the bright side, she will definitely be a good surprise at the 2025 WWE Royal Rumble.
