The last time Becky Lynch was seen on WWE programming, she lost her opportunity to win the Women's World Championship in a steel cage match against Liv Morgan. This loss was due to Dominik Mysterio's involvement in the match.

Before this bout, Becky Lynch had lost the Women's World Championship to Liv Morgan at Crown Jewel. Hence, since Lynch has suffered back-to-back defeats against Morgan, she could return to confront her regardless of whether Morgan retains her belt against Rhea Ripley at Bad Blood.

Back in 2023, Becky Lynch, who is a veteran in WWE, faced Lyra Valkyria in an attempt to defend the NXT Women's Championship. However, Valkyria managed to dethrone Lynch in this match, which was held in the main event on night one of NXT Halloween Havoc.

Valkyria recently shared her opinion on Lynch's absence from the Stamford-based promotion. During an interview with Denise Salcedo, Valkyria also detailed her experience working with The Man.

Lyra Valkyria said:

"Sometimes, some of these moments just hit you at random times. Because you just go day-to-day and you do what you're doing, but even just chatting to you now and you going back over everything that's just happened and it's only been like four months, it's actually like, 'Oh my God!' I obviously love every chance I get to work with Becky. She's amazing. But yeah, I hope she comes back soon."
