Jacob Fatu has arguably been the most destructive force in WWE since arriving on SmackDown and joining the Bloodline. The Samoan Werewolf has wreaked havoc with Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns among those who have fallen victim.

Kevin Owens has also had his run-ins with Fatu, and it looks like we are building towards a match between the duo. Given that his contract with WWE expires in early 2025, this could see KO put his career on the line. He might be on his way out of the company, and this could be the way to write him off.

The Prizefighter has thrown hands with Solo Sikoa's enforcer but has yet to have a singles match against him. The clock is ticking on his contract, which opens the door for his potential exit after a massive loss to the 279-pound monster. Fightful Select reports that WWE is actively trying to tie Owens down to a new deal. AEW holds a long-term interest in the nine-time WWE champion and is expected to make an offer if he becomes a free agent.

We've seen talent who has headed to the Jacksonville-based promotion after being written off devastatingly. Bron Breakker sent Ricochet to the hospital with a parking lot destruction before he left for AEW, and a similar fate could await Owens.

Kevin Owens has been with WWE since 2014 and is one of the company's most popular stars. He's held the Universal Title, NXT Title, two-times Intercontinental Title, RAW and SmackDown Tag Titles, and the United States Championship three times.

Jacob Fatu would become even more formidable by beating Kevin Owens at WWE Crown Jewel

Since arriving in WWE in the summer, Jacob Fatu has yet to have a singles match on a premium live event. The Samoan heavyweight has been used as Solo Sikoa's enforcer while often competing in tag matches with the Bloodline.

The former MLW Champion could make his singles debut on a PLE at Crown Jewel (November 2). That's the next premium live event on the horizon after Saturday's Bad Blood, where he'll team up with Sikoa to face Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns.

Jacob Fatu could lock horns with Kevin Owens at the event in Saudi Arabia, where he'd be put in the spotlight. If KO's career were on the line, it would only further put eyes on the SmackDown newcomer, who looks main-event bound.
