WWE is set to take place its annual Crown Jewel soon in Saudi Arabia, and a lot is going to be at stake for the upcoming Premium Live Event. While many champions and stars are already advertised or even teased to appear at the PLE, some may not appear.

The 2024 WWE Crown Jewel will occur at the Mohammed Abdo Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arena on November 2. It currently has two matches already set for the event. World Heavyweight Champion Gunther will battle Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes while Women's World Champion Liv Morgan will battle Women's Champion Nia Jax. Despite the big names already advertised and the other stars that may be set to be added, a few top stars might miss the event.

For this list, we will look at four WWE Superstars who might miss the 2024 Crown Jewel event.

#4. CM Punk has previously made some remarks about WWE and Saudi Arabia's deal

CM Punk wrapped up a personal feud with Drew McIntyre inside Hell in a Cell at Bad Blood, both men ended their trilogy in a bloody mess. Following the intense match, it's understandable why both men might not be seen for a while.

On the RAW episode after the 2024 Bad Blood event, Punk shared that his future with the company is uncertain. While he is most likely taking a much-needed break, it has also been known that Punk made controversial remarks about the partnership the company had with Saudi Arabia, which is why it's highly likely that he won't appear at Crowl Jewel.

#3. No plans may be set for Sami Zayn at Crown Jewel at the moment

One star who also had some issues surrounding the Saudi Arabia event was Sami Zayn. The superstar's Syrian descent was said to be a conflict with the country's government, which is why he didn't appear on several shows in Saudi until recently. While the political issue is no longer a cause of concern, his absence can be for other reasons.

Sami currently has no major storylines going for him, unless he wants to get involved again on the Intercontinental Championship scene between Jey Uso and Bron Breakker. If anything, the company might decide that Zayn can appear on television again after the PLE.

#2. Kevin Owen's feud might not be on time for Crown Jewel

Kevin Owens attacked Cody Rhodes at the end of Bad Blood and on SmackDown The Prizefighter has also turned his back on longtime tag team partner Randy Orton. However, since the feud is new, a feud between both men might not happen at Crown Jewel.

Crown Jewel is already less than a month away, and Kevin and Randy's feud is fresh and new, with a lot of areas both men can explore given their close history. Forcing a match in Saudi Arabia might make it feel rushed, which will not benefit them in the long run.

#1. Drew McIntyre is also not expected to be in Saudi Arabia

As mentioned above, CM Punk and Drew ended their heated and personal feud inside Hell in a Cell in a bloody mess, but McIntyre sustained the worst injuries after he was cut open after his opponent hit him with a toolbox.

Although Drew didn't sustain any major injuries and fortunately did not have any concussion, he may also be taking a much-needed rest. Moreover, there may not be any available superstars for him to feud with at the moment as most top stars with the same caliber as his have already engaged in a feud.
