Alexa Bliss took to Instagram and hinted at a return to WWE after nearly 20 months. The former Women's Champion last competed at the 2023 Royal Rumble Premium Live Event, where she lost the RAW Women's Championship match to Bianca Belair.

After that, she was on hiatus as she announced she was expecting her first baby. However, WWE has been teasing Alexa Bliss' return for months now. Still, it is unclear when this will happen, as according to reports, the creative team currently has no storylines for the female superstar, and she could return in late 2024 or early 2025.

"Don't worry, Darling. I will see you soon enough," Alexa posted on her Instagram account.

Following her social media post, we will take a look at three ways that the former Women's Champion could return to WWE.

#3. Bliss could go after Nia Jax and the Women's Championship

Given the rivalry between Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley on RAW, Alexa Bliss could move to SmackDown and go after Nia Jax for the WWE Women's Championship. Jax became champion at SummerSlam in early August and will defend her title at Bad Blood.

Nia and Alexa had a feud a few years ago when Jax claimed her first Women's Championship, so a Bliss return could re-ignite the rivalry between the two.

#2. Alexa Bliss can join the Wyatt Sicks

This is a very likely scenario, as Alexa Bliss has been linked to the faction ever since Uncle Howdy and the Wyatt Sicks debuted on RAW. Given her on-screen partnership with the late Bray Wyatt, who passed away in late August 2023, it was rumored that the former champion would be one of the faction's members.

Bliss and Wyatt worked together in the ring during the latter's final months in the Stamford-based company and had a quite successful stint before Bray Wyatt departed from WWE.

Recently, Uncle Howdy hinted at Alexa Bliss' return during a segment on RAW when he referred to the former Women's Champion. If she shows up on the Monday Night show, Alexa Bliss will most likely join The Wyatt Sicks, opening the way for new storylines.

#1. She could return at the 2025 Royal Rumble

Alexa Bliss is preparing for her WWE return and has teased a comeback through social media clips of her working in the ring. Given that WWE executives don't expect the former champion to return before the holiday season, a comeback at the 2025 Royal Rumble would make sense.

Should it happen, WWE will have to maintain the hype surrounding the Goddess' comeback, bringing more excitement to fans.

A return at the Royal Rumble would also make sense, as it would mark exactly two years since she last competed in WWE. Bliss could return as the final entrant and win the Rumble, making a triumphant comeback.

That way, she could emerge as a title contender right away. She could also main event WrestleMania 41, get a championship match, and have the opportunity to challenge for either the Women's World Championship or the Women's Championship.

That said, WWE is expected to continue to tease Bliss' return, with fans hoping to see the Goddess back in the ring soon.
