The Canucks came into the season off the back of a victory against the Edmonton Oilers and have carried that form onto the regular season as well.

Per ESPN, Pius Suter is day-to-day. Dakota Joshua is injured reserve (groin) and could return for the team's four-day road trip. Thatcher Demko is also injured reserve.

Flyers vs Canucks key players

Matvei Michkov has been the star for the Flyers in the preseason. The attacker scored three goals and provided four assists in four games. Michkov will hope he gets the call to start the season on the ice and is not benched following his impressive preseason campaign.

It has been business as usual for the Canucks with J.T. Miller, Brock Boeser and Quinn Hughes having contributed two points each in their opening fixture.
