Habs forward Patrik Laine's fiancee Jordan Leigh shared their Hallowen look from last year. The couple had dressed up as Shrek and Princess Fiona from the iconic animated movie franchise last Halloween.

On Friday, Leigh posted a couple of pictures on her Instagram stories from their last year's Halloween celebrations. The couple were joined by Columbus Blue Jackets forward Adam Fantilli, who dressed up as Donkey to complete the iconic trio of the action-fantasy movie franchise.

Leigh asked fans for their input on what she and Laine should wear for Hallowen this year. In the caption, she wrote:

“Not sure how to top Shrek and Fiona from 2023.”

In the pictures, Patrik Laine can be seen wearing a white tunic, brown vest, brown belt, green face paint and Shrek ears, while Adam Fantilli dressed as Donkey, wearing a full-body gray donkey suit with ears and a tail. He held a box of Eggo waffles as a prop.

Jordan Leigh wore Princess Fiona’s fitted green dress, a red wig, and a tiara.

Patrik Laine and Jordan Leigh moved into their new Montreal house

Earlier this week, Patrik Laine and his fiancee moved into their new Montreal home. While the couple was excited to settle in, they hit a minor snag on move-in day.

Jordan Leigh shared that they got locked out of the house due to a power outage. Jordan humorously posted a video of the two stuck outside in the dark with their groceries, writing,

"Insta vs reality: locked out of our new place in the dark with all these groceries because the power is out and we only have a fob to get in."

Despite the hiccup, the couple kept their spirits high giving a thumbs-up to the camera.

Laine and Leigh celebrated their first Canadian Thanksgiving in Montreal with Laine’s teammate Nick Suzuki and his fiancée, Caitlin Fitzgerald. The holiday gathering featured traditional Thanksgiving dishes like turkey, stuffing, and pumpkin pie, with Leigh sharing moments from the cozy dinner on her Instagram stories.

“Phone ate first”

Chef Tony Rinaldi prepared the special turkey on the occasion. They were also joined by Habs defenseman Arber Xhekaj’s girlfriend, Stephanie Kielb, who shared her own snapshots of the evening.
