Matthew Tkachuk is doing something a lot of professional athletes do: spending the offseason on the golf course. Golf may be its own sport, but it's one many athletes take up when not playing their primary sport. Michael Phelps golfed in his free time and then more when he retired. Sauce Gardner golfed all throughout the NFL offseason. Steph Curry spends a ton of time on the course.

Tkachuk, the NHL champion with the Florida Panthers, is doing the same. While the NHL is fully in its offseason for a couple more months, the forward is hitting the links alongside his brother Brady Tkachuk and Robert Thomas, the St. Louis Blues star.

The group spent time at the Old Head Golf Links in Ireland. Tkachuk also posted pictures tagged at Hog's Head, Waterville Golf Links and Tralee Golf Links. It was a pretty big outing for the trio.

His brother Brady is the captain of the Ottawa Senators, and Robert Thomas is the alternate captain for the St. Louis Blues.
