Novak Djokovic recently shared a picture donning a Lacoste green outfit, which made rounds on the internet. Days after this post, the 37-year-old revealed the reason behind sporting a Lacoste Green outfit in a pre-tournament interview with Tennis TV ahead of the Shanghai Masters. He unveiled that he received advice from his wife and people in fashion.

"I'm receiving some help now from of course my wife and also some friends and people that are in fashion, I'm getting some advice and I'm starting to expand on what I can wear and what I wasn't wearing for a long time and I started to like it a little bit more. I paid more attention to it. I wasn't really caring as much for fashion in the past off the court," Novak Djokovic said .

He also added that he recalled his 90s memories, which gave him a push to think outside the box:

"It was more kind of conservative type of jeans or chinos and polo and that was kind of my vibe for a long time but now I'm stepping out of the box a little bit. The green tracksuit, that was a good one. It brought back the 90s. I'm a kid of the 90s and I remember those days, the music and how everybody, music artists, how they were dressing up and just like tucking those tracksuits in and tracksuit was the big deal and I just kind of felt like that."

Novak Djokovic is all set to face Rafael Nadal at the Six Kings Slam in Riyadh in the third-place match on October 19, after both of them were bested by Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz, respectively.
