As the Paris 2024 Olympics draws to a close on Sunday (August 11), members of the Indian contingent are creating memories for a lifetime following the conclusion of their events.

PR Sreejesh who played a stellar role for the Indian men's hockey team that won a second successive bronze medal at the Games teamed up with silver medalist javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra for a priceless photograph.

Chopra also thrilled fans by posing for a solo image in front of the Eiffel Tower in celebration of his remarkable achievement at the Paris 2024 Olympics.

Sreejesh who announced ahead of the commencement of the Paris Olympics that the quadrennial extravaganza would be his last tournament spearheaded the Indian campaign throughout the competition.

The Indian goalkeeper manufactured an array of stunning saves that helped the Indians overcome Great Britain despite being down to 10 men after getting better of Australia for the first time in 52 years at the Olympics.

Meanwhile, Neeraj Chopra recorded a season-best throw of 89.45 metres in his second attempt which was good enough to earn a well-deserved silver medal.

It was therefore befitting that the two athletes came together to create a special moment that was relished by Indian sports fans.

PR Sreejesh had also played his part with aplomb when the Indians finished on the hockey podium after a gap of 41 years at Tokyo 2020 while Neeraj Chopra became the first track and field athlete from the country to win an Olympic gold.
