The Indians are on the verge of creating history in their men's hockey semifinal encounter of the Paris 2024 Olympics against Germany at the Stade Yves-du-Manoir on Tuesday (August 6).
Craig Fulton's side is on a roll, having beaten Great Britain in the quarterfinal after defeating Australia in a pool game, and have a chance of becoming the first Indian team in 44 years to advance to an Olympic final.
Amit Rohidas, who picked up a red card in the match against Great Britain, will be serving a one-match suspension as a result of which the Indians have one player less to send in for the rolling substitutions.
