The Pokemon GO 2024 World Championship Timed Research is a paid questline available for US$5.00 (or its equivalent in players' local currency) as part of the 2024 World Championship Celebrations in-game. Trainers are tasked with powering up their Pocket Monsters using Supereffective Charged Attacks, winning raids, and battling in the GO Battle League to complete it.
The Pokemon GO 2024 World Championships event runs from Friday, August 16, 2024, at 10 am local time to Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at 8 pm local time. We have gathered all the relevant information regarding the paid Timed Research questline below.

Pokemon GO: 2024 Worlds Premium Timed Research - Step 1 of 1
- Power up Pokemon 5 times - Skarmory encounter
- Power up Pokemon 10 times - Vigoroth encounter
- Use 5 Supereffective Charged Attacks - Galarian Stunfisk encounter
- Use 10 Supereffective Charged Attacks - Charjabug encounter
- Win a raid - Carbink encounter
- Win 2 raids - Lanturn encounter
- Battle in the GO Battle League - Lickitung encounter
- Battle in the GO Battle League 5 times - Azumarill encounter
- Rewards: Cresselia encounter, 25000x Stardust, 1x Premium Battle Pass
Players will have to complete these tasks and collect the rewards by Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at 8 pm local time.
While the Cresselia encounter and 25000 Stardust are lucrative rewards, Charjabug and Carbink encounters are great for players who wish to participate in the Pokemon GO Great League.
