Only Mega Lucario with Force Palm and Aura Sphere can take down Mega Kangaskhan on its own without a weather boost—albeit with only a little time left on the raid timer. However, this will require multiple re-lobbies.

With Cloudy weather, the following creatures can take down Mega Kangaskhan on their own:

  • Mega Lucario with Force Palm and Aura Sphere
  • Mega Heracross with Counter and Close Combat
  • Terrakion with Double Kick and Sacred Sword

Dodging incoming Charged Attacks is not required to come out on top. You should also note that the simulation data used to write this guide also pits only a singular attacker against the raid boss at a time.
